One-sided tenoning machine is a combination of saw and milling machine. The saw spindle is equipped with a disc. A milling cutter is mounted on the milling machine axis. Both tools have protective covers. The saw and milling machine are driven by separate motors. The entire drive is located inside the machine body. One-sided tenons have a trolley. It is attached to the front of the machine. The truck moves mechanically or automatically. In addition, clamps from above or from the side are mounted on the table of the driving device. Thanks to this, the element cannot be moved during work. Clamps can be manual or pneumatic. Pneumatic tighten with air, so you need an additional machine - a compressor.
The work of the machine begins with the correct setting of the material. Precise positioning of the element is facilitated by an angle ruler mounted on the table and clamps. When driving the truck, the saw cuts off the allowance, then the milling machine makes the cutter. After reaching the final position, the finished element is removed. Then the table returns to its starting position.
The operating principle is similar to a one-sided tenoning machine. Double-sided tenoners process on both sides of the material. This process is carried out along the entire length of the element. The milling saw has a bed on which two working units are mounted. There are two or more spindles on the right and left aggregate. The number of axles depends on the user's needs. The left and right aggregate spacing is adjusted manually or automatically.

The envelope tenoning machine makes a spigot that is carefully adapted to the shape of the socket. Tools of the envelope machine through a rotating head move along a designated path around the workpiece. Thanks to this solution, we get any pattern or shape. In older tenoning models, tools are controlled mechanically according to the template. In new versions, however, computer programs replace mechanical control. The name of the envelope machine comes from the name of the metal machinery. In metals, the envelope tenoning machine is used to produce gears.
