25 Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2018 / 2016 of 679 April 27 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of the 2016 / 95 Directive are in force from 46 on May XNUMX. WE (RODO). In connection with the above, PPHU "MAR-MASZ" carries out its duty towards people whose data it processes and asks to read the information below.

What personal data do we process?

The personal data we process is: Name and Surname (Company name), address, telephone number, tax identification number and email address.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

We process your data only to finalize the purchase of a product or service. We process your data in order to perform the contract you have entered into with us when you give your consent. The legal basis for the processing of your data is therefore art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) THE RODO.

Who do we share your data with?

Your data is passed on to entities that provide services to us in order to finalize the purchase.

How long do we process your data?

Your data is processed until you withdraw your consent, and for the period from the withdrawal of your consent, until the day when you will not be able to claim from us, in particular in connection with the transmission of unsolicited commercial information.

What are your rights and how you can use them?

You have, among other things, the right to request access to your personal data, rectify or limit their processing, and also to "be forgotten." You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data if you have received such information and submit an objection.

1. The right to confirm processing

You have the right to obtain confirmation from us whether your personal data is being processed, and if this is the case, you are entitled to access your data and obtain information about the processing of your data.

2. The right to rectify

You can request us to rectify your personal data immediately, if you believe that they are incorrect or out of date. You can also ask us to supplement, if you think that your data is, due to the purpose in which we process the data, incomplete.

3. The right to be forgotten

You have the right to "be forgotten". This means that you can request removal of your personal data from us and we will delete the data immediately if:

a) personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which we have the right to process it,
b) we process data based on your consent, and you have withdrawn your consent,
c) you objected to the processing of data by us (see item 6 below),
d) it happened that despite our efforts to properly protect your data and process it in accordance with applicable regulations, it is processed unlawfully,
e) the obligation to delete data results from the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligation provided for in European Union law or the law of the Republic of Poland,
f) personal data was collected in connection with offering information society services to a person under 18 years of age.

4. The right to demand limitation of data processing

You can request us to limit the processing of your data if:

a) you question the correctness of personal data - for a period enabling us to check the correctness of this data,
b) in your opinion, the processing of your data is unlawful, but you oppose their deletion, demanding instead limiting their use,
c) we no longer need personal data for processing purposes, but you need them to determine, pursue or defend claims,
d) you objected to the processing of data by us - until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on our side prevail over the grounds for your objection.

5. The right to transfer data

You can request that we send you, in a structured, commonly used computer-readable format, your personal information that you previously provided to us. You can send this data to another administrator and also ask us, if technically possible, to send data directly to another administrator. You have the right to transfer data only in relation to the data which we process on the basis of an agreement with you or on the basis of your consent.

6. The right to object

We process collected personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of our services, so you have the right to object at any time (for reasons related to your particular situation) to the processing of data to the extent that the processing is done for direct marketing purposes. In this case, we will immediately stop processing your data for this purpose.

7. The right to complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint against our actions or omissions to the supervisory authority.
